- Ability to understand and write tweets

- A nanny who understands fashion emergencies
- Someone who can help decide between sparkly pink, glitter pink, or super glitter pink
- A nanny who can host tea parties for bears

- Someone brave enough to check the closet for imaginary monsters
- A nanny who can run very fast if things get exciting
